| | If paid in full before July 1, 2008, the cost for the workshop retreat is $1,150, including three nights’ stay at the St. James Hotel. After July 1, the cost is $1,275. |

| | A deposit of $640 (including a non-refundable fee of $150) is required to secure your spot. A final payment of $635 is due no later than September 1, 2008. Workshop reservations cancelled prior to September 15, 2008, will be refunded less the $150 fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 15, 2008. |
