A Women’s Reflective Writing Retreat

May you hear in your own writing the strangeness, the surprise of mysteries,
the presence of ancestors, spirits buried in the cells of your body.”
Author Pat Schneider

Are you interested in learning more about writing and the art of reflective writing?  Do you wish you could spend quiet time tending to your soul’s journey? Would you like to meet other women who are also interested in doing the same? If so, Mary Kay Shanley and Diane Douiyssi invite you to attend Journey through the Forest — A Women’s Reflective Writing Retreat in Racine, WI, on Feb. 15-18, 2018.

Offered at the lovely Siena Retreat Center on the shore of Lake Michigan, this retreat gives you an opportunity to learn more about reflective writing, a learned technique that enables you to tap into a resource deep within but often unknown to you — a place where your inner self, your soul, the essence of who you are resides. You will also have plenty of quiet time for reflection and writing, along with opportunities to share and commune with other like-minded women.

We’ll also consider the richness that emerges when we pass them onto those who come after us.
